We are excited to offer an opportunity to support Hutchinson’s child care providers! This program is designed to help cover the cost of business supplies, equipment, and service repairs — including facility repair needs.
Funds are available on an annual basis.
Hutchinson Child Care Support Grant Program
We are excited to offer the Hutchinson Child Care Support Grant 2026 to help support licensed child care providers within the City of Hutchinson, MN.
Please note: This is a reimbursement-based grant program. Applicants must first purchase the eligible item or complete the service, then submit receipts or invoices for reimbursement after receiving grant approval.
Grant Details
-Eligible licensed child care providers may apply for reimbursement of up to $250.
-Funding may be used for a variety of business-related expenses, including:
-Child care supplies
-Equipment purchases
-Service and repair costs
-HVAC repairs and maintenance
-Grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis while annual funding remains available.
How the Reimbursement Process Works
- Complete and submit the grant application.
- Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
- The review committee will determine eligibility and notify applicants of their approval status.
- Once approved, applicants may submit receipts or invoices for eligible expenses that have been paid.
- Chamber staff will review the submitted documentation and process reimbursement.
- Reimbursement checks will be issued directly to approved recipients.
Program Guidelines
-Grant funding is available from January through December 2026, or until all allocated funds have been distributed.
-Funding is limited and applications will be processed in the order they are received.
-Submission of an application does not guarantee funding availability.
-Only one grant per provider or organization per calendar year will be awarded.
-All grants are subject to eligibility requirements and available funding.
