Child Care Grant Application
We are excited to offer a grant opportunity to support Hutchinson’s child care providers! This program is designed to help cover the cost of business supplies, equipment, and service repairs — including HVAC needs. Grants are available on an annual basis. Grant Details: • Providers may apply for grants of up to $250 through the Hutchinson Child Care Coalition • Funding can be used for a wide range of needs, including supplies, equipment purchases, and service repairs How It Works: • Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received • Recipients can choose to either: Receive the funds directly, or Have an invoice paid directly on their behalf • Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee funding availability at the time of your request Timeline: • Our committee will review applications and notify applicants within one week • For emergency needs, we will aim for a 48-hour response time whenever possible— Grant Disclosure: The grant process will run from January through December 2025. Grants will be awarded following completion and approval of the application process, and are available while funds remain. Please note: Only one grant will be awarded per person or organization per calendar year.
