AS IS and AS AVAILABLE DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and defects, and without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to achieve its intended purpose to the greatest extent possible, while the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
