The Education Center is available for Chamber members only on a first come first serve basis.
Hours of Operation: The Education Center is available 7am-10pm
Let us help ease stress and meet with a staff member prior to your meeting. We can walk you through entry/exit, amenities and logistics. Staff WILL NOT be available outside of office hours (weekdays 10am-4pm).
Procedure:
Amenities included:
- Tables and chairs, set-up dependent on needs of renter in classroom or board room style. Room can hold approx. 35 guests.
- Keurig coffee & water cooler
- Refrigerator, sink, and microwave
- WiFi, 70” TV screen, wireless projection system (click share)
- Conference Speaker/Video (Owl)- Owl is connected through screen share
- Remote window shade and blackout screens
- Easel/easel pad, white board
- Restroom
Usage:
- Renters will return the Education Center to its original state, including garbage, chairs, tables and equipment back to their original locations
- Renters will vacate the conference room by the end of the time scheduled with staff. Alarm and door access will be void after rental time
- Meetings should be conducted in such a way as to not disturb staff
- Use paint/wall friendly tape (post its/blue tape) if items need to be affixed to the walls, ceilings or any Chamber/Tourism property
- No private parties or receptions are allowed
- All food should be disposed of properly (thrown away in outside trash bins); no food or drink should remain in the refrigerator
- Code access will not be valid 30 minutes after your reservation and you WILL NOT be able to lock up
Renters are expected to follow this policy, and failure to do so, may result in the inability to use the room in the future or damage/disorder fees.
