In light of recent concerns with non-compliance, the Chamber, with the help of the State and Marshall Chambers, have put together the ADA: Readily Achievable Barrier Removal Audit and Plan packet. Our goal is to provide you with information to help prepare your business: a partial audit to help you recognize potential issues, a readily achievable barrier removal plan and information on resources that can help you with any questions and concerns. This packet is being made available for FREE to Chamber Members and non-members may contact the Chamber office at (320) 587-5252 for more information on how they can obtain this information. Upon completion of the audit, you will receive a decal stating that you have a readily achievable barrier removal plan in place.
