Community Award Nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, December 22, 2017 by 12:00PM. Each year the Hutchinson Chamber teams up with the Hutchinson Jaycees to thank the people in our community that are doing extraordinary things! We all know a few people who deserve to be nominated, so take a few minutes and nominate them today. These people rarely get the appreciation they deserve.

Let’s be clear, I love the movie White Christmas, but I am not dreaming of a white Christmas…. I’m all for a light dusting after everyone has arrived at their destination, so it looks iconic like a good old fashioned Hollywood musical. But here we are, IN Minnesota, the state where it can hail one day and snow the next…. Oh wait, it did.
Small Business Saturday – Thank You!
We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to everyone that came out on Small Business Saturday to shop local! A huge shout out to our “Red Clad Elves” which included members from the Bring It Home Committee, Chamber Board of Directors and Hutchinson Ambassadors. The “Red Clad Elves” were on Main Street enticing patrons to spin the Welcome Station’s spinning wheel that allowed them to choose a gift from the Giving Tree. The “Red Clad Elves” were also out and about in Hutchinson surprising shoppers with gift cards that they could use to pay for their purchases.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to all the businesses that donated to Small Business Saturday. Your donations, time and talents made Small Business Saturday a huge success one again!
