Qdoba Mexican Eats has been a part of the Hutchinson community since 2016. Mark and Leigh originally moved to Hutchinson in 1999 and opened the Papa Murphy’s pizza shop here in 2000, later selling to Joel Meyer in 2017.
The Hutchinson Qdoba location is the third Qdoba restaurant in what eventually grew to nine stores for Mark and Leigh Miller (Left and Middle).
Joey Hofmeister (Right) is the manager of the Hutchinson location and also is the General Manager of the Willmar location. Joey has been with the company for several years and is a big reason for their success. Qdoba was recently chosen as the Favorite Fast Food restaurant by readers of the Hutchinson Leader. As stated from the owners “This is an honor we don’t take lightly. We are proud of our restaurant and even more proud of our awesome team!”
