Workforce. Workforce. Workforce.
If you are not currently hiring, you are in the minority. The current workforce is retiring at monumental rates, as baby boomers are leaving the workforce… AND they will continue to leave for many years yet. The upcoming generations do not have the same numbers to replace workforce needs… and this is cause for some creative thinking on behalf of employers. Notice I didn’t say panic, nausea, or concern.
Creativity. Out-of-the-box thinking. Innovation.

Welcome!
My name is Matt Beilke and I am proud to be a resident of Hutchinson! Here we have such a great mix of small and large businesses, beautiful parks and people who truly care about the community. Being born and raised here, I have seen this community grow and prosper through the years, and now I hope to continue that growth with the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism. A diverse background in manufacturing, quality systems and civil service provides me with the skills of communicating effectively in many ways, the ability to view the world from various angles, and countless relationships that have been fostered by growing up in the area. I truly love all that Hutchinson is and will be in the future, and I look forward to serving our great community and area.
In my down time, I love being outdoors, most any sports (especially fishing), and spending time with my beautiful girlfriend, family and friends. I work part time for the Hutchinson Police Department in Communications and volunteer with the youth and music departments at Shalom Baptist Church (which is currently under a name change and expansion!)
I am excited to join Mary and Melissa in the Chamber and Tourism Office and work with our local businesses to really build our community through involvement, interaction, and positive influence.
