“We love these!” This is what we often hear when people refer to the Hutchinson Chamber Table Tents, you know those things on the tables at our area restaurants that lists what’s happening in Hutchinson. Every few months someone stops in to ask about them, how they are made, what our process is, etc. These people want to bring the information back to their town, so their community can do it too. We know the people in Hutchinson are thankful for them. When we are out delivering the tents we often get comments about how excited people are to see what will be happening in the next few months.
Table tents are printed quarterly for events held in Hutchinson. Any organization may submit an event for the quarterly table tents at a cost of $20.00 for Chamber members and $30.00 for non-members, per event. Events may be submitted at any time for future events, but must be submitted no later than the following deadlines per quarter:
Table Tents Schedule:
1st Quarter (January, February, March) Deadline to submit events for these months is December 1st
2nd Quarter (April, May, June) Deadline to submit events for these months is March 1st
3rd Quarter (July, August, September) Deadline to submit events for these months is June 1st
4th Quarter (October, November, December) Deadline to submit events for these months is September 1st
A table tent listing consists of: the event name, event date, and event location.
We also ask the people who are submitting the event to list their event on the online community calendar. This is a great way to give more details about the event. Submitting an event to the online community calendar is easy and FREE!
To submit an event online:
1. Go to www.explorehutchinson.com
2. Click “Community Calendar”
3. Click “Submit New Event” under where it says “View Full Calendar”
4. Enter event information & click submit for approval
