HUTCHINSON, MN – June 29, 2016
Midwest Industrial Tool Grinding, Inc. (MITGI) has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. This is the second time that MITGI has been the recipient of the award. The 150 Top Workplaces are selected based solely on feedback from an employee satisfaction survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics. The survey measures factors that impact job satisfaction such as career opportunities, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
“We’re very proud to have won the Top Workplace award for the second year in a row,” explains Eric Lipke, MITGI President. “Companies are selected for this award based on employee feedback, which means that our team enjoys the challenging work, company culture, and are glad to work here. We credit our employees for the excellent work they do to serve our customers, and for making MITGI a great place to go each day.”
To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 1,555 companies were invited to participate. The Top Workplaces special section was published in the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 26. More information is available at: www.StarTribune.com/topworkplaces2016
