Are you looking for something to do around Hutchinson on these brisk autumn days? This is the perfect time of year to take in the fall colors around town and check out the new Sculpture Stroll. The Sculpture Stroll leads you through downtown Hutchinson and along the Luce Line Trail. The sculptures are fairly spread out, which allows you to take in some of the other great sights and businesses in Hutchinson. You could even plan a nice afternoon around your stroll, allowing time to eat lunch at one of the many restaurants in downtown Hutchinson, and time to stop in a few of the shops around town.
The City of Hutchinson Public Arts Commission is credited with bringing this sculpture exhibit to the Downtown Hutchinson area. The Sculpture Stroll is home to 6 permanent exhibits and 6 temporary sculptures. The temporary sculptures are on loan from regional artists for one year.
For more information on the Sculpture Stroll visit their facebook page. Brochures of the Sculpture Stroll are available at the Hutchinson Chamber & Tourism office and the Hutchinson Center for the Arts.
